CDL-A Truck Driver Compensation:
- Hourly pay rate: $27.70
- Bonuses:
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500
- Referral bonus: $5,000
- Quarterly safety bonus
- Service awards
- Paid via direct deposit weekly
Home Time, Route, & Schedule
- Home Time: home daily
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Shift: Starting between 5-6 a.m.
- Route: Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan areas
- Between 8-12 hours a day
Equipment
- Newer model truck
- Automatic transmission
- Governed speed: 68 mph
- ELD equipped using Geotab
- Outward facing camera

CDL-A Local Dedicated Truck Driver Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have CDL-A license
- Must have 1 year driving experience
- Must have hazmat & tanker endorsements or be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment
- No felony in the past 7 years
- No alcohol related offense in the past 5 years
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knolwedgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
- Hiring radius: Drivers must live within 40 miles of Lewisburg, OH
